Consideration of fried chicken, tempura shrimp, jalapeno poppers, home donut – is a snap to prepare these irresistible to satisfy the palate for dinners and parties. If done well, oil for frying adds very little for food. This compact fryer holds 2.2 pounds of food and 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of oil, more than fryers for its size. To check the excellent food, slides adjustable thermostat for one of five fixed positions including the most popular fried foods – mushrooms, fish, fritters, chicken and fries – and all midway between the two. Temperatures range from 302 to 374 degrees Fahrenheit (150 to 190 degrees Celsius), and an electronic timer to prevent overcooking. An external handle easily lifts and lowers the basket of metal, and the lid airtight security locks. Cord storage is below.
